Returns

You can request a return within 3–5 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized stickers cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
